Buying from Pudding:
If you can’t visit our salon in Reading, you can still buy from us. Use this site to see what we have on offer. You can see what we have in stock and choose what you want. If you want to buy online you’ll be asked for a few details to complete the sale, or if you prefer, we also accept orders over the phone.
Postage and packing
United Kingdom
We deliver by First Class Recorded Post as standard and free of charge for orders of more than £29. Premium Delivery is by Royal Mail Guaranteed next day provided we receive the order by 3.30pm. The parcel must be signed for so specify an address where someone can accept delivery unless you are happy to arrange re-delivery with the post office or to collect the parcel from your local sorting office.
Rest of the World
We deliver by First Class Recorded Post free of charge for orders of more than £29. The parcel must be signed for so specify an address where someone can accept delivery unless you are happy to arrange re-delivery with the post office or to collect the parcel from your local sorting office. Please note that should there be any liability for import duties or taxes in your country, you will be responsible for these.
Despatch
We aim to despatch in-stock items by the next business day, if items are not immediately available we’ll email you by the next business day with an expected despatch date. All items ordered together are despatched together.
Currency
We only accept payment in Pounds Sterling, if your card account is in a different currency your provider will pay us in Sterling and convert the value into your currency at their prevailing rate.
VAT
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is included in the price. For exports outside of the EU no VAT is payable, free international shipping is included instead for the same price.
Credit Card Security
Your credit card details are handled in accordance with the latest security standards - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

If you ever want to return something, this is how we can help:
Changed your mind?
Send or bring things back so that we receive them within 14 days from despatch to you with a full receipt for a refund of the price of the goods or within 28 days with a full or gift receipt for an exchange or a credit note. At Christmas we extend the date for exchange or credit note to January 22nd. Note we cannot accept returns of hosiery where the packet has been opened.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with the tags attached as sent to you, they must be received in saleable condition and for this reason we recommend that you use the box that we send the items to you in. You are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we send the wrong item or it is defective. We recommend that you send items by recorded delivery as we can’t take responsibility if we don’t receive them. We can’t refund delivery costs.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel a complete order up to 7 days after you receive the goods for a full refund (however this right does not extend to hosiery which has been tried on,) if you choose to do this you must give us notice in writing, you are advised to retain proof of this notice and its date. If you receive the goods you are responsible for the costs of returning them to us, for providing us with reasonable assistance in retrieving them and for taking reasonable care of them, we recommend that you return them by recorded delivery.
Privacy
Pudding will not sell or give your information to third parties for their own use. Where we use third parties to perform services for which they need access to any of your details (for example Royal Mail to deliver goods to you) they will be provided only with the details they need and strictly for the purpose specified by us.
Contract
When you order something on this website you are offering to purchase those items from Pudding. We accept the order for the items when we despatch them to you.
Accuracy
Pudding has taken care to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website including prices and descriptions of products. However we may refuse orders where there are errors in the description of the products or their prices.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are shown including VAT. For orders from and for delivery outside of the EU, we charge the same price however we include international delivery for no additional charge as there is no liability to VAT.

Law & jurisdiction
This website and any contract created by using it are governed by English Law and any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
