About Pudding Lingerie
I grew up believing that hard work, high standards and empathy could transform not only a career but the lives of others. That approach carried me through a decade in banking, where I progressed quickly, but it also taught me that success without humanity was not the kind of success I wanted.
Everything changed after a single bra fitting. For the first time, I felt genuinely good about my body. That moment showed me how powerful the right fit can be, and how many women never experience it.
With that insight, my husband and I created Pudding, a lingerie retail business built on a simple belief: superior service, expert fitting and beautiful products lead to true body confidence.

Over eight years, we grew from a self-funded start-up into one of the UK's top performing lingerie retailers. We proved that doing things properly, with empathy, excellence and consistently high standards, creates a genuine win win for both customers and business.
Life and relationships moved on, and so did my work. After becoming a mum, I wanted a better balance while continuing to help women feel confident. I realised my next chapter was not about running a successful lingerie retail business, but about helping others create their own.
Today, Pudding Lingerie Consultancy exists to set the standard for exceptional lingerie retail. Our mission is to help lingerie businesses excel and to give more women the confidence that comes from a truly well fitting bra.
